dress your age and have confidence! a little black dress will look sexy at any age but it is still simple and effortless. Sexy is finding things that complement your body and look good on you and looking like you are asking for it is revealing TOO much. just find things that are mature for you but still look good on your body!

Okay, I’m a HUGE cat lover!! I have two cats, and for the past few months I have also been feeding and sheltering a third cat because his DOUCHE BAG owners (my old neighbors) decided they didn’t want to take him with them when they moved, and just left him behind.

He is the most affectionate cat I have ever met. He will sit on your lap and let you pet him for HOURS, all the time purring and meowing for more. At any rate I can’t really let him into my house because while one of my cats gets along with him great (they actually lick one another on the head which is SOOO cute), my other cat which I also love to death is older, and is not at all pleased with the new addition. She hisses and fights with him when they come face to face, even through the glass back door.

I let this third cat sleep in my office (that’s where the cat door is) and leave the door to the rest of the house shut. I let my older cat out the front door when she wants to go out, so they don’t fight. This is all of course pretty irrelevant to my question so I’ll get to the point.

I leave food and water in the office for this cat just as I do with my other two cats in the basement, but he does not seem to have the same self restraint when it comes to eating. My other cats have a constant supply of food and water, yet they both remain thin, but this third cat is a complete FATSO!! I have to pick him up to carry him out of my house when I forget to close the office door sometimes, and he is one heavy guy!! My other two cats are female, and he’s a male, but I don’t think this is the whole issue. I have a feeling that he is eating too much, but I don’t want to starve him becuase he gets grumpy and mean to me and my other cats when I do. (I’ve tried to feed him less often, but I can see it makes him unhappy, and I love animals WAY to much to see him like that) When he can eat as much as he likes he is VERY FRIENDLY and seems quite content, but I fear that I am actually doing more harm than good by allowing him to gain weight.

My theory is that after being homeless for a few weeks, he has gotten into the habit of eating a bunch when he can get it, but I was hoping that after a few months he would adjust to being fed regularly and know he has food waiting for him. Should I suck it up and make him suffer for his health, or should I keep letting him eat to his hearts content?

The answer seems obvious to someone who does not know this cat, I know…stop feeding him so much, but you have to understand that he gets all irritable and mean and even fights with ME when I don’t feed him. I feel like such a push-over, being bossed around by an cat, but like I said I’m a SUCKER for animals. I can’t control myself, They are so cute, innocent, and loving!!

Well short of limiting what he gets and not letting him free feed, you could try buying a better quailty of cat food for him, maybe one with less fat in it.

Do not associate with any of your coke buddies, first of all. Try to detox in your home for a week. Or leave town to stay with a friend or family member. Its gonna be tough, you will be hit with some serious depression and anxiety. Prepare yourself for a rough ride, but it can be done. I would know, I went thru the same thing.

Question by Xtina: Is it legal to do personal training without certification?
Well I guess what I want to do is more along the lines of weight loss coach. I want to provide motivation/support and nutrition and exercise information without going through all that certification business and I definitely don’t want to be working in a gym or anything. Is this legal or could I get into any trouble doing this? Thanks!
I’m in massachusetts.

My good friend sherrY figured that a little Bench Monday might just be the ticket for getting me motivated, so I messed around a little with it last night and the bathroom sink and a barely used hiking boot is what I came up with…… not exactly inspiring I know but perhaps I’ll think about it some more for next week :-)
